N O T I C E
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the National State of Disaster as announced by
the State President Cyril Ramaphosa and the subsequent drop to Level 1, all public
amenities within the area of Ndlambe Municipality including Beaches, Parks & Recreation
areas are again open for public use.
Libraries will open as from 28 September 2020; and Halls will beavailable for use once renovations (where applicable) have been done.
It must be noted, however, that the use of these facilities are subject to strict hygiene
protocols, as decreed by the President. This is including, but not limited to:
The wearing of a mask in all public places
Completing of registers when entering premises (where relevant)
Having your temperature taken when entering premises (where relevant)
Having your hands sanitized (where relevant).
Further, it must be noted that
the number of people allowed in a Municipal Hall or Library may not exceed 50% of
the normal capacity of that building;
gatherings in other venues may not exceed 250 people indoors; and
500 people outdoors.
We confirm further that the Ndlambe Municipality full staff complement will return to work as
from 28 September 2020.
